   10. zxiiro says they're having trouble building local distribution karaf's in the infrastructure, the patch command fails to apply in karaf distribution construction, vorburger has a patch that might help (colindixon, 15:11:27)
   11. zxiiro was able to reproduce it once on his laptop, but otherwise it's elusive and vaguely blocks some projects that want a local karaf distribution (colindixon, 15:12:32)
   12. disabling the local karaf from buidling from the root by removing it from the relevant <modules> section in the relevant pom.xml file (colindixon, 15:13:21)
   13. alternately we could add maven profiles that enable disabling local karaf 4 distribution, and also likely disable pulling in dlux as a consequence (colindixon, 15:14:11)
   14. vishal asks when and how projects should get back into int/dist, short version is: (1) wait for offset 0 projects to get in (hopefully 9a pacific tomorrow), (2) wait for your dependecies to get in (hound them), (3) prepare your patch and submit it (colindixon, 15:18:39)
