    some projects will never rise above incubation period. Stable

    mature state before milestone 3 to be considered eligible.

    their due diligence to become mature? A: Phil: There are projects
    that could be considered mature, but they've had no incentive until
    now to move there projects into a mature state or they have some
    feature that they do not yet want identified as stable features.

  * Most projects that are in offset 0 are likely become mature

  * Phil: New features will not become immediatly considered a Stable
    Feature until they've met all requirements for testing, uploading to
    Maven, performance requirements and approval from the TSC

  * Stable Features must also have a migration strategy and backward

  * Beryllium will have a Stable distribution and a Extended Distro.
